What we collect when you join a campaign, why we need it, and who sees it.
What we collect
When you join a campaign: your name, WhatsApp number, email, Instagram profile link, where you live (city or district), content categories, follower count, whether you'll make a video, and the referral code in your link (if any). We also note the time you joined.
Why we need it
- To share your profile with the brand for that campaign
- To contact you on WhatsApp or email about that campaign
- To count referrals and pay creator fees and referral amounts correctly
- To stop duplicate sign-ups (so nobody is paid twice)
Who sees what

| The Lewelup team | Everything above, to run the campaign and make payments. |
| Anyone else | Nothing. We don't sell or share your details. |
What we never ask for
Money, OTPs, bank passwords or your Instagram password. If someone asks for these in Lewelup's name, it isn't us.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to run campaigns and complete payments. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
